APPLICATION PLANNING · YOUR SOURCE, YOUR DATE

Put a verified deadline on your clock.

Enter the exact date, time and time zone from the institution's current instructions. Convert that instant to your display zone and choose a separate personal preparation target. The tool does not supply university deadlines.

Your public deadline evidence

Entries are processed for this result and not saved as a profile. Use public programme information; do not enter personal application details.

A buffer is measured in 24-hour periods before the entered deadline. It is your planning choice, not a new admissions date.

Check the event before the clock

An online form deadline, official document receipt deadline and scholarship deadline can be different events. Use one precise label for each calculation and include the entry cycle. Do not turn a date from a previous guide into a current deadline.

Keep the source time zone explicit

If the institution gives only a date, or the time-zone wording is unclear, find the missing instruction before calculating. A city-based zone can change its UTC offset with daylight saving time. Repeated or nonexistent clock times are rejected here rather than assigned a guessed offset.

The calculation uses installed IANA time-zone rules. Future rules or institutional instructions can change, so recheck the source before acting on the result.

Your buffer remains separate

A personal preparation target helps schedule document requests and final checks. It does not extend the source deadline. Save the source URL, entry year and confirmation records in your own tracker, and verify whether the institution requires dispatch or receipt.
