Kandidatexamen, eller motsvarande, omfattande 180 högskolepoäng vilken inbegriper ett självständigt examensarbete som visar den sökandes färdigheter i akademiskt skrivande, eller motsvarande inom humaniora, samhällsvetenskap, utbildningsvetenskap, teologi, juridik eller vårdvetenskap, samt 60 högskolepoäng i religionsvetenskap/teologi, eller östkyrkliga studier, eller motsvarande kompetens (som en del av, eller utöver kandidatexamen). Därutöver krävs 30 högskolepoäng på avancerad nivå, inklusive alla obligatoriska introduktionskurser under första terminen. Kunskaper i engelska motsvarande gymnasiekursen Engelska 6 krävs.
A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, comprising 180 credits and an independent thesis that demonstrates the applicant’s academic writing skills, in humanities, social sciences, educational sciences, theology, law or health sciences, as well as 60 credits in Religious Studies/Theology, or Eastern Christian Studies, or equivalent competence (as part of, or in addition to the Bachelor's degree). In addition 30 credits at advanced level (second cycle), including all the mandatory introductory courses of the first semester, is required. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6 is required.
