Source academic years and printed counts are retained without shifting years. Degree students, overseas Chinese students (including Hong Kong and Macao), mainland students, graduates and nondegree categories are distinct populations. Counts are not application offers, admission rates or current availability.

The catalogue gives a general October 15 reference. Upstream forms describe prior-academic-year periods for graduates and certain nondegree activities, but exact period binding to this merged CSV is not verified. A source place can describe nationality, residence or the original institution depending on the population; do not treat every source code as citizenship or ISO. Missing years are missing, not zero.
