Upstream forms describe prior-academic-year periods for graduates and certain nondegree activities, but exact period binding to this merged CSV is not verified. A source place can describe nationality, residence or the original institution depending on the population; do not treat every source code as citizenship or ISO. Missing years are missing, not zero.
